When this site reported that CYFStalk would be reopened to help parents, a few in the PANIC camp decided to sink the site before it got started.

After CYFStalk closed in November of 2010, two of those involved went to the old PANIC owner and offered to take over the site for her. he agreed.

The new site came back, it was rebranded, but there were annoying problems. The site which can be found HERE was super wide, not everyone has a wide monitor and they constantly had to scroll left and right, also, the site was full of spam. Not a good look when the staff said the site was safe, no, far from it, it was made using OFFICE meaning it is easily hacked, the forums were totally insecure, and again, easily hacked. There did not appear to be any spam prevention like other reputable sites have…

But I digress. CYFStalk was coming back. One of the owners Emailed one of the admins and abused him with threats for agreeing to work at CYFStalk. Then, an Email arrived from a “J” who threatened us with legal action if her old posts were not removed. We had no way of proving who she was so we argued with her over the threats. Over the next few days, the abuse got worse.

We were threatened with the online stalking laws… wait a minute, YOU contacted us, YOU are abusing us, YOU are stalking us… then she said that we were in violation of the privacy act…. REALLY? OH, I see your mistake, that law speaks about how long the Police can retain DNA samples, not how long a site can retain a persons posts… besides, at the bottom of every website or forum, you see that little C… it means that as soon as you post a message, it becomes the copyright of the site, we own it, it is our duty to protect that post from hackers and the like.

Then “J” phoned one of the admins, and her idenity was confirmed. She said that her lawyer had told her what to say to us… REALLY? I did not believe it.

What lawyer would give such crappy suspect legal advice?

I explained that all the posts from the old site would be archived, she had nothing to worry about, but BTW, what is the name of your lawyer, I’d like to complain about him to the law Society. His advice isn’t worth anything…

silence…

OK, well, I can complain to the Law society anyhow, they can access the Court data to find out the lawyers name next to “J”‘s name.

Then I get a death threat. For legal reasons, I cannot publish it, but the stupid idiot had used his real name. So, I did some investigation.

The name led me to a facebook page, it had a photo, I knew that woman. I then checked the legal information for the PANIC website. Again, I cannot reveal what that information is for legal reasons. It showed this mans website as connected to PANIC. It was a nudist home stay website.

I have nothing against nudists. I then did some more research, he was registered at a nudist website and so what, yes, so what, again, there is NOTHING wrong with legitimate nudism. It is what I saw on this man’s profile that shocked me. This is information open to the public, on public view.

He and his partner are also swingers, into partner swapping for sexual purposes…

There is NOTHING wrong with nudism, but swinging is NOT a good look for PANIC, and incest is just downright disgusting.

The owner of the PANIC website has said “so what” to this revelation. This is seriously, not a good look for PANIC.

Anyhow, the man who made the death threat has been convicted of firearms charges, and his partner, heavily involved in PANIC, has been convicted of possessing cannabis for supply. She has spent time in prison.

Given the firearms charge, which I knew about, I went to the Police and laid a complaint. I also informed them of the connection to the incest group.

Ever since then, I have been threatened by the owner of the PANIC website with legal action if I publish that information, in fact, she tried to blackmail me into dropping the complaint. Perverting the course of Justice is against the law.

By doing that, she is trying to prevent members of the PANIC website from learning the truth. very sad.

Today, I got a phone call from the Police in her town wanting to know what was going on. He was confused. I had to apologise for him being ragged into this, and explained what was going on.

The Officer said thanks for me explaining it, the woman that came in just sounded totally confused… I suggested that mightbe her strategy, to confuse him enough to scare me off publishing this information. We both laughed over that, but sadly, its probably closer to the truth than anything.

PANIC is hoping to get funding from the MSD for its activities, i intend to pass on Emails from PANIC to them so they can assess where their money is going to go.

Anyhow, I should also explain that the man who made the death threat and his partner were the ones advising “J” from the start, pretending to be lawyers and giving such crappy advice to a fragile woman is beneath contempt. PANIC used this woman to try had sabotage the return of CYFStalk.

VERY VERY UNDERHANDED!

I stood my ground against all the threats and abuse, especially from this idiot who persists in using his real name. I did this so you could all understand why CYFStalk is closing again, allwe ever wanted to do was help parents, not be attacked by a site with a hidden agenda.

Why is PANIC so against CYFtalk coming back? Are they that insecure?

The truth is probably never going to be known. Some might be in it for the status it gives them, or the power… who knows, maybe they are insane, all that cannabis… or (shudder) incest….

Its not a good look… some of the people helping these parents are into incest and swinging… actually, its sick. Lets not beat around the bush.

Anyone going to PANIC is in danger of many things… lets see if I can list them all…

• Crappy substandard advice…
• being used for their own evil ends (in attacking another website)
• having the kids exposed to a man involved in incest
• parents being exposed to a couple of swingers
• a woman who used to supply cannabis
• a man convicted of firearms offences
• having death threats made against you if you object to what they do
• being blackmailed (attempted) by members of PANIC
• being abused constantly

the list could go on… but that is enough for now.

PANIC should be investigated by the Police and the MSD because there is no telling how much harm this group is doing to people.

As for CYFStalk…. I do not mind helping parents, but with M.S. and a heart condition, I do not need tis kind of crap. CYFStalk will again close, when PANIC is taken down, then it might come back. But not now… I do not need this in my life.

I will keep you all informed of developments in the case. Right now, the Police are still investigating. BUT…. DON’T TRUST PANIC. Its EVIL!

The Q&A menu option is the heart of this site, you can ask questions about how to fight CYFS and we will give you answers there, in fact, any member of the public can also give you an answer, those answers can then be rated, for example, if someone gives an answer and you are not happy with it, you can rate it a zero and that will be reflected in the rating for that answer.

If this system does not work, then we will move to a support based system.

This site will also feature online petitions, where we can ask certain things from the Minister in charge of CYFS for example, like, making them more accountable.

So while it looks like not a lot is happening here, trust me, it is, and if you were a spammer, then you would be very worried right about now!

One of the complaints I have been told about concerning P.A.N.I.C. is the amount of spam on their new site, and the fact that for a lot of people, its super wide… it is what we call a fixed width site, sorry to say, they think everyone has a super wide monitor. Not here, this site, actually, ALL the sites I host are of the “fluid width” kind meaning they work to fit your monitor…
